  • “When someone tells you, ‘I love you,’ and then you feel, ‘Oh, I must be worthy after all,’ that’s an illusion. That’s not true. Or someone says, ‘I hate you,’ and you think, ‘Oh, God, I knew it; I’m not very worthy,’ that’s not true either. Neither one of these thoughts hold any intrinsic reality. They are an overlay. When someone says, 'I love you,’ he is telling you about himself, not you. When someone says, 'I hate you,’ she is telling you about herself, not you. World views are self views—literally.”

Wren’s Special Coconut Blueberry Bliss Balls!

This raw, vegan, paleo recipe is for a very special little boy and his mama. I didn’t have time to make it for them personally but I wanted to share the recipe for all of you moms out there with fussy eaters and for those of you who can’t tolerate tree nuts.

    Ingredients:
1 ½ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
¾ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    4 tbsp lemon juice
    ½ cup coconut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup, agave syrup, coconut syrup or other liquid sweetener of your choice
½ cup seeds of your choice you can use chia, flax, hemp, sesame, sunflower or pumpkin
    Extra coconut for rolling
You may also add a couple scoops of @sunwarrior vanilla if you’d like a more protein rich treat for a non paleo option

    Directions:
    1. Blend all ingredients into your food processor and scoop out enough to make tony balls
    2. Roll in coconut and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
    3. Free for at least 30 mins and enjoy! These treats keep frozen or refrigerated for at least two weeks ❤️
